Kelsey is our chef. She obtained her first job at 15 in a little burger joint in Carlsbad and has spent most of her time in the service industry serving and catering for the past 20 years with 4 years as a bakery manager for Sprouts. This has provided her with the experience and knowledge that made her eligible for the position at the school. She loves getting the children involved in the cooking or preparation and introducing them to new foods. She enjoys seeing the joy in their faces as they assist, and finds it rewarding to teach them new things and observe how they connect the pieces.
